There is one relay division. There are not separate divisions based on the number, gender or age of team members--every team competes in the same relay race.  Awards are given to the winning team members.

Number of relay participants: 3, 4, or 5
Approximate lengths of each relay leg are:

• Leg 1:  Start to Orondo Boat Launch Aid Station (6.2 miles)
• Leg 2:  Orondo Boat Launch Aid Station to half-marathon turn-around(3.5 miles)
• Leg 3:  Half-marathon turn-arount point to Orondo Boat Launch Aid Station (6.5 miles)
• Leg 4:  Orondo Boat Launch Aid Station to half-marathon turn-around point (3.5 miles)
• Leg 5: Half-marathon turn-around point to Finish (6.5 miles)
